CZB type chemical centrifugal oil pump
Scope of application:
The pump belongs to the self-suction centrifugal pump. It has such characteristics as simple structure,convenient operation and maintenance, stable operation, large output volume, high efficiency, easy to adjust,strong self-suction ability and wide range of application, etc.
Application:
The pump is used to transmit such petroleum products as gasoline, kerosene, diesel oil and aviation kerosene, etc. The media temperature is around-20°C+800C. It is an excellent marine loading and unloading oil pump and can also be used as efficient stripping pump. In addition, it is not only used for transmitting oil in such storage equipments as land oil depot and fuel tank car, etc, but also used for transmitting seawater and fresh water, etc.
Structural features:
The pump adopts a pump body structure with axial return of liquid. The pump body is composed of suction chamber, fluid reservoir, vortex chamber, liquid-return hole and gas-liquid
separation chamber.the pump bearing adopts the single row radial ball bearing. In the bottom of some pump bearing body,there is cooling chamber. The sealing ring is located in the high and low voltage section within the pump the shaft end adopts the mechanical sealing.
